The commissions are paid out semi-annually on the due dates of 30.06. and 31.12.. The affiliate must submit an invoice for the commission amount.
6. What sort of tools and marekting material do you provide to your affiliates?
We equip our affiliates in a high quality and very carefully prepared Carat Art Affiliate Package which contains banner ads, button images,our logo text links, e-mail copy & suggestions on how to best sell our products and services. After you sign up and are accepted, you will be able to log-in and see examples on how to link to us. It's very simple.
8. Is there any cost to become an affiliate?
No, the program is free.
9. Do you pay commissions on all of your products?
We pay a commission on every sale from our website. From time to time, there may be some products excluded, based on manufacturers limitations.
10. How do I check my statistics to see how I am doing?
After you have been accepted into the program, you will be able to log-in to your Affiliate account and see your sales and commission results.
11. Can I use content from your site?
We provide content for you in the Carat Art Affiliate Package and by request. You may not republish duplicate content from other areas of our website.
12. Can I join your affiliate program if I am outside Germany?
Yes, we distribute our products worldwide and we welcome international affiliates.
13. Can I cancel my affiliate program at any time?
Yes, simply drop us an email to inform us about leaving our affiliate program.
However, Carat Art reserves the right to cancel the membership, if the program participant is inactive, or in case of violation of our Terms and Conditions.
14. How to advertise with Carat Art Start Up Package?
Carat Art Start Up Package has been very carefully prepared by our marketing team giving you all the tools you need to start earning and promoting our fantastic products. Please read a PDF letter from your package to find out info about do’s and dont’s. However we invite you to share our posts and stories across your channels, where you can paste your affiliate link to follow.
15. When and where should I use my affiliate link for my followers to follow?
The personal affiliate link should be only used, when advertising and promoting Carat Art products. It can also be posted, when sharing content from our social media channels i.e. reposting our stories or Instagram and Facebook posts. Section of Highlighted stories on our Instagram account also provide a content, which can be shared.
16. Do I get a discount to purchase and promote your products as an affiliate?
Our affiliates get a discount of every purchase they make through an email assigned to affiliate program profile. However we review these regularly and in case of lack of promotion and low performance we reserve the right to reduce the discount rate or withdraw this deal.
17. Can I inform my followers of free delivery option?
Yes of course you can . We offer free shipment for orders value over €30,00 in Germany. Also for orders over €45.00 (Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic) or over €60,00 (France, Poland, Monaco) or over €70,00 (Andorra, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Malta, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City) or over €100.00 (other European countries) the shipment is free of charge.
Outside the Europe the charge for the shipment is €30,00 - we offer free shipment outside Europe (e.g. USA, CAN, AUS) for an order value over €180.00.
