About the Artist
Franziska Detlefsen
Franziska is a studied communication designer and illustrator from Germany. She works both digitally and with traditional media such as ink and watercolours.
Small, magical animals are often the focus of her work. She draws her inspiration from nature and fairy tales and spends a lot of time breathing life into her own stories. With her cute illustrations, she tries to bring a smile to others’ faces. Like many artists, she has been drawing since she could walk and sees art not only as a means to express herself, but also to find herself.
